Plungen 2.8.2011 – Zoppas Industries, world leader in the production of electrical heating elements and systems acquired 100% of Prang+Partner AG, a company based and operating in Pfungen (Switzerland).
Prang+Partner AG, established in 1987, is leader in the development , manufacturing and marketing of electrical heating systems and flexible foil heaters and operates in various application areas such as railway, industrial coffee machines, lab instruments , medical equipment and general mechanical engineering.
Prang+Partner joins the internationally established activities of Zoppas Industries Group.
Zoppas Industries, through the acquisition of Prang+Partner, will continue its consolidation strategy on the global manufacturing and engineering market.
Prang+Partner will carry on operating on the market under its original brand name.
